With over 35 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Mugdha Raut is a leading and one of India’s foremost experts in clinical reproductive immunology. She is widely recognised for her pioneering work in managing recurrent miscarriage, recurrent implantation failure, IVF failure, and unexplained infertility, particularly where immunological factors play a critical role.
As a Co founder & Partner at Dr. Raut’s Centre for Reproductive Immunology (ICPRM) she leads advanced, evidence-based fertility care focused on immune-mediated pregnancy challenges. Her clinical approach integrates advanced diagnostics, immunotherapy, and personalised treatment planning, including ImmuLIT ® ️ the centre’s patented and branded process,based on Lymphocyte Immunization Therapy (LIT) offering targeted solutions for complex reproductive failures.
About Dr. Mugdha Raut
Dr. Mugdha Raut, MD, DGO, FCRI (ASRI), is a distinguished Clinical Reproductive Immunologist, and gynecologist with over three decades of dedicated medical practice. A graduate and postgraduate of the prestigious Seth G.S. Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai, she has devoted her career to advancing clinical understanding and treatment of immune-related infertility and pregnancy loss.
She co-founded Dr. Raut’s Centre for Reproductive Immunology alongwith Dr. Mohan Raut, establishing India’s first dedicated centre for Reproductive Immunology. The centre is internationally recognised for its pioneering work in Lymphocyte Immunization Therapy (LIT) and immune-based fertility treatments designed to improve pregnancy outcomes in women with repeated reproductive failures.
Dr. Raut has been awarded the Fellowship in Clinical Reproductive Immunology (FCRI) by the American Society for Reproductive Immunology (ASRI) in recognition of her significant contribution to the field. She served on ASRI’s Education Committee and is a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Evidence-Based Women’s Health Journal (EBWHJ), Egypt, reflecting her active role in global academic and clinical discourse.
Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Raut is the Trustee of Dr. Raut’s Immunotherapy Foundation, a charitable initiative committed to increasing awareness of reproductive immunology and making advanced infertility treatments accessible and affordable.
